This video is nothing but perfection! The first close up of David is absolutely breath-losing – breathtaking fantastic! I swear he looks so different, it’s beautiful! And David in ripped jeans is something to take another look at! I love the way he is sitting on that sofa too. Well planned out scenes and every shot of David shows him so involved with the music with so much emotion from his whole body! It’s just incredible the way he can hit those high notes and then lower his voice to bring ‘you’ to your knees.
More to come from David, I’m positive, but I’ll be stuck on this album for a very long time. Because, I know all the other songs will be just like this one or better!

hey 3cota, I love this video too! The director made good use of David’s slow-moving Latin saunter to create intensity for the song’s lyrics and conjure up the muse of love. And those vocals, well, David always expresses himself musically best of all.
There’s something about David’s voice and spirit that “breaks my heart, sets me free…that tears me up”. His awesome delivery is straight from his heart to ours and a person would have to be made of stone not to feel it. This song also makes me want to dance wherever I may be, so if you see me dancing down the street in the middle of nowhere, now you know.
I agree, topazjazz. I can imagine all of David’s fans dancing in the street with him singing at the front of the line. When I first saw this video, I thought that’s what the world needs: more dancing and singing in the street!
“Something ‘Bout Love” has over 1,000,000 views in only 3 days! (1,052,208 viewings as I write this.) From a comment I just read on FOD, it took “Crush” 10 days to reach the 1,000,000 mark. This is exciting!
