Berjaya Times Square in Kuala Lumpur hosted a pre-sale ticket launch event on June 19th for David’s Stadium Negara concert to be held on July 26th. Malaysian fans went all out to show their love and support for David! Here’s a great video recap.

Last night David Archuleta took the stage at the annual MayFest in South Carolina. What an exciting evening filled with many DA songs we all know and love. In addition, David put his own soulful spin on “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” by Tears for Fears, “Blackbird” by Paul McCartney, and “A Thousand Miles” by Vanessa Carlton.
Here’s an all-time favorite of mine, “My Hands,” from David’s debut album. If you don’t own this album yet, you must buy it now!

We here at DA Buzzing wish all mothers and grandmothers a very happy Mother’s Day. To celebrate in David Archuleta fashion, let’s have a look at his beautiful mother, Lupe. These days Lupe Archuleta is a mamacita singing sensation. David tweeted that he flew back home to watch his mother’s performance Friday night at Klub Karamba, the place for Latin and hip-hop music in Salt Lake City. Perhaps the Mayorga sisters will take the stage again soon.

David’s performance of the National Anthem is always powerful and moving. Last night he sang it again in Anaheim, singing before a sold-out Honda Center crowd of more than 17,000 fans at the NHL playoff game between the Anaheim Ducks and the Nashville Predators.
This is one of David’s best renditions of the National Anthem! Don’t you agree!?
