That’s no jive! Jive Records is David Archuleta’s label. They’ve been tweeting about him lately. First, the announcement that a Music Store has opened on David’s official website. And just yesterday came tweets about David’s photo shoot for his sophomore pop album. We fans are all hoping that these are signs that Jive will fully promote David’s album which will be released this fall.

David tweeted that he was surprised by how much fun he had at this photo shoot. I bet the photographers did too! What a dream job—taking pictures of David Archuleta!
David has come a long way since the days when he would hide from cameras!
I love that Jive gave us a glimpse from the photo shoot, I know I was waiting not so patiently hoping for a twitpic from someone at the shoot. In his vlog today, David said he didn’t focus on how weird he would look in the pictures, that he was finally able to embrace his weirdness and the fact that he IS weird looking and have fun and show himself. Funny thing is, I think he is the only person alive who thinks he is weird looking. I’m happy for him that he was finally able to let go and enjoy the process. I’m pretty sure we will all enjoy the results.
