It has been less than a year, but it seems like such a long time — waiting for this day, the eve of David’s solo concert tour of the United States! He and his band will perform fifteen songs. That’s a far cry from the four songs David sang on the AI summer tour. I wish David and his entire crew the very best. Making music, touring, meeting & greeting — what a wonderful life!

My sister & I will see the concert in Reno. I’ll share the experience with my dear Angels and Honeybees when I return.

If I hear an a cappella like this one, someone will have to pick me up off the floor!

How about it Honeybees, are we going to Europe?  Just made plans to do that today!  It has been too long since I’ve been to England or Scotland and now it’s a perfect excuse to make those arrangements.  Seeing David on stage in London would be glorious.  Our international Star is opening for a group called McFly. McFly is very popular and for David that would be great exposure.  It’s all happening so quickly, I wonder if he can enjoy the excitement of traveling abroad.  Rehearsing with his new band must be time consuming but I heard they are fabulous and really mesh well together.  David deserves to be in the company of top-notch quality bands as he is the cream of the top singer/artist!

Enjoy your tour at home and we’ll be looking forward to seeing you here and in the UK.  Have fun, be safe and enjoy this momentous time in your career!

My grand-daughter was over today with my great-grandson of 2 months. Well, I just had to sit at my computer with him, so he could see all of David’s pictures (I have them as my screen saver). After a short time, I just had to play David’s song Let’s Talk about Love. The baby just sat there listening to the song, happy as could be. I said maybe some day you will grow up to be like David. One can only hope. But you never know my grandson is second cousin to Ryan Sheckler the skateboarder. Whenever he comes over, I will always tell him about my Idol David Archuleta.
