What fun it was Saturday night to hear Dean Kaelin talking about his work with David Archuleta! Bubble lips, tongue twirls, and “zipping” past the bridge — it’s too much, too much! David has been fortunate and blessed to have Dean’s expert guidance for many years. The live chat, hosted by Gail on FOD, was very entertaining; even Dean’s dog had a few words to say. I was away for the past several days and couldn’t wait to get back to my computer and catch up with all of the “David news” I had missed.  David’s performances in Sacramento and the tree lighting in LA were amazing!!!!!  The interviews, record reviews, David’s recent blog and new pics from a photo shoot-there’s just soooo much going on!!!!   I’m having a hard time settling down to do my “Archuduties” because there is STILL so much left to read!!!!!  I’ve got to focus and channel my ODD BUT it’s like I don’t know where to start!!!!!  HELP!!!!!   This just goes to show me that in the future I can’t let so much time pass with out feeding my ODD!!!!

What I’ve been waiting for is here at last! MasterClass Lady has posted her review of David’s debut album. She writes so beautifully and expertly about David’s many vocal talents. Her inspired critiques during “American Idol” this past winter and spring helped save my sanity with all the AI backstage craziness and the media distortions.

As great as being number 3 on VH1is it will not do.  We need to get our fast fingers working a little harder.  What happened?  I even spent more time voting for other Archies that were out of town on a different computer with different e-mail address so I could reach the maximum votes.  We need to reorganize, expecially since ALTNOY will be coming out soon.  I heard they moved it to Jan 9th so the Holiday hustle will deminish and more attention can be put on his new single.  We need to do better fellow Archies! My gift to David is constant support with everything including voting.  Come on everyone this is not only his gift but ours too.  We are fanatical fans lets prove it.  I love this kid too much to see a drop in his chart numbers, and movement further down the list is unacceptable.  Thanks fellow fans.

I’m in heaven after listening to David sing in the flower shop! It’s amazing and again I don’t have the words to describe it. But, I want an instant retake… David singing Crush and at the end he will go to the desk a little sooner before the growl!… he hands the flowers to the clerk with a credit card… (great commercial in the making for Mastercard…’can’t leave home without it and without David!!!’ or is that Visa? anyway…) and then with more song left…he turns (to us) and sings the last of the song with that Archugrowl! Then when he turns to the clerk again he can take back his cc and the flowers…and give that wonderful smile of his…. oh I’m in heaven. I wish I had been that clerk!!!!!
